Nordic White™ Ink is designed to cover 100% Polyester and Polyester - Cotton Blends.  This ink has a very creamy consistency combined with superior bleed resistance.  Designed for use on 100% Polyester and Polyester - Cotton Blends.

  • High Opacity Low Bleed White
  • Superior Printability
  • For 100% polyester and poly/cotton blends
  • Soft Feel
  • Creamy consistency
  • Fast flash w/ little tack
  • For auto or manual presses

Recommended Fabrics:
100% polyester, cotton/polyester blends and cotton. Always test print fabric before beginning a production run.

Ink Application:
Nordic White™ should be used right from the container without any modifications. If thinning is required, use 1% to 10% by weight of a Curable Low Bleed Reducer. Adding any reducers or additives can lower the bleed resistance, opacity, or increase cure times of ink. STIR the ink prior to printing on press and after addition of reducers or additives.

Mesh and Emulsion:
85-200 t/in monofilament or, for under basing, use 110-200 t/in monofilament.
Any direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35 to 70 micron range, for best results.

Squeegee:
65-70 Durometer, Sharp Edge

Cure Temperatures:
320°F entire ink film for multiple color prints. Test dryer temperatures and wash test printed product before and during a production run.

Clean-Up:
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash

Storage:
Recommend storage at 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 32°C). Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Keep containers well sealed

Pros:
Cons:
This ink is very easy to work with! Not heavy at all and has a great finish. I was using Paramount White 7041 for a while but was discontinued. I struggled to find a soft white plastisol ink. I tried using Wilflex Epic White LB ink but ended up hating it. It was really difficult to push through the mesh even after mixing and letting sit under my manual flash.
