7600 Series plastisol inks are ready-to-use, high performance colors formulated for high speed wet-on-wet printing. 7600 Series inks are excellent for half-tone
printing and fine detail using finer mesh counts. 7600 Series inks are creamy and short-bodied with low tack.
7600 Series inks have a wide range for cure temperature and can be cured at temperatures as low as 275°F, but will not be over-cured or crack when cured at the standard 325°F. **HP inks cure at 290°F - 325°F (7607 HP LB Golden Yellow and 7697 HP LB Gold)
- Low Cure (275°F - 325°F) — HP inks cure at 290°F - 325°F
- Non-Phthalate
- Low Tack
- Can be printed wet-on-wet

Recommended Fabrics:
100% cotton and 50/50 cotton/polyester blends. Use an underbase for dark fabrics. To achieve a softer soft and faster production speeds, print underbase through finer mesh counts (160-230 t/in).
Ink Application:
7600 Series colors should be printed without any modifications. If thinning is required, use 1099 Low Bleed Curable Reducer (1% to 3% by weight)
*Adding too much reducer or other additives to the 7600 Series inks may cause curing/fusing or increased dye migration problems
Screen Mesh: 110 to 305 t/in
Emulsion:
Any direct or indirect plastisol emulsion. For capillary film, use 35 to 70 micron for best results.
Squeegee: 60-70 Durometer, Sharp Edge
Cure Temperature:
275ºF - 325°F entire ink film, HP inks cure at 290°F (7607 HP LB Golden Yellow and 7697 HP LB Gold).*
*It is always recommended to test dryer temperatures and wash test the printed product before and during a production run.
Clean Up: Any eco-friendly plastisol screen wash.
Storage of Ink Containers:
Keep indoors and store in a cool area. Recommended storage at 65º F to
90º F (18º C to 32º C). Avoid storage in direct sunlight or in extreme
temperature conditions.
