International Coatings' lowest bleed white formulated for tough to print
polyester or polyester blend fabrics. (As with all low bleed inks,
preprint and test all fabrics to be used for dye migration, ink
adhesion, wash fastness and other desired properties before beginning
any production.)
The 741 Ultra Low Bleed Polyester white is part of the FlexCure line and can be cured between 275°-325°F.
Recommended Fabrics:
100% Cotton, cotton/poly blends and polyester
As with all low bleed inks, pre-print and test all fabrics for dye migration, ink adhesion, wash fastness and other desired properties before beginning any production.

60-110 t/in
Squeegee:
65-75 Durometer, sharp edge
60/90/60 Triple durometer, sharp edge
Cure Temperatures:
Entire ink film must reach fusion/cure temperature at 275°-325°F, dwell time should be increased for thick ink deposit
Clean-Up:
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash
Storage:
65°-90°F, avoid storage in direct sunlight or in extreme temperature conditions. Keep ink well sealed.
