The 900 Triangle Matching System Series is designed to match popular Pantone Colors. The system consists of ready to use colors that can be used strait rom the container or mixed to create new colors. The 900-2 system is an opaque ink and can be printed either directly on the garment or with a white under-base.

Recommended Fabrics |
| 100% cotton and cotton/polyester blends. Always test print fabric before beginning a production run. |
Ink Application | | The 900 Series Ink should be used right from the
container without any modifications. Adding any reducers or additives can
lower the bleed resistance, opacity, or increase cure times of ink. STIR
the ink prior to printing on press and after addition of reducers or additives. |
Screen Mesh and Emulsion | | use 85-200 t/in monofilament. any direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35 to 70 micron range,
for best results. |

Cure Temperatures | | 315°F to 330°F depending on ink deposit, color and dryer efficiency. Test dryer
temperatures and wash test printed product before and during a production run. |
