Shimmers can add a special effect that will give your garment a brilliant metallic sparkle. Recommended use is a 85 Mesh Count with no higher than a 110 Mesh. If metallic flakes are not passing through the screen a lower mesh count may be necessary. There is a tendency for these colors to penetrate the fabric fibers of cotton, cotton blends and some synthetic fabrics. A clear underbase through a 305 mesh is recommended to provide for a richer deeper color.
Recommended Fabrics |
| 100% cotton and cotton/polyester blends. Always test print fabric before beginning a production run. |
Ink Application | | Shimmers should be used right from the

lower the bleed resistance, opacity, or increase cure times of ink. STIR
the ink prior to printing on press and after addition of reducers or additives.
