A client brought in their own 90/10 percent of polyester/spandex tops for me to print their logo on. This ink performed perfectly and was very easy to work with. Very creamy and smooth texture that reacted well with the squeegee during the printing. Low cure temp (270 Degrees) adds a sense of safety with it's use. Very happy to work with this product!
Tried this for the first time a week or so ago. Super happy with it! It's nice and creamy, prints excellent, and looks great!! And it's low cure!! Will be using it from here on out!
I am a huge fan of the white Low Temperature Curing Plastisol by Screen Print Direct. I've gone through three quarts of it as a newbie. I recently got a large run of black poly blend shirts that the ink just didn't work the right way on. I was PFP and still some areas seemed low on opacity and coverage. I decided to take a chance on this ink, and I'm so glad I did. Switching to this helped with my overall ink coverage and the shirts came out great. It's a thicker and creamier ink, so I stirred the hell out of it with my cordless drill/paint can opener combo before I threw it on the screen. Needed to go slower and with firmer pressure on the squeegee, but the prints came out nice. I use a heat gun to flash, and a heat press as a final cure. I'm switching to this ink as my go-to from now on.
