Perfetto White is the perfect product for screen printers who print on a variety of fabrics. Virus has done extensive testing to come up with the perfect formulation to work on the widest range of fabrics, while still maintaining the classic super soft, velvety light hand feel on garments that Virus inks offer.
Perfetto White is formulated to be printed on 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly blends and some tri-blends through mesh counts up to 305 t/in, guaranteeing the softest hand and retention of high quality details with astonishing accuracy.
Very easy to use water-based ink that ensures extraordinary dot-gain control, allowing for the highest printing precision and low ink consumption - saving you more money at the press than other water based inks on the market.
For troublesome fabric, such as red 100% polyester, use the No Sublimation Base as an underbase to eliminate dye-migration.

Ink Application
Ink should be printed right from the container, without modification. If additives are needed, select from the suitable additives below (all additives listed are Formaldehyde and Phthalate Free):
- Improve Wash Resistance: Add no more than 3% UNIVERSAL FIX
- Further Improve Screen Stability: Add 3-5% HYDRACRYL RETARDER (for use with Hydra and Perfetto Series inks)

Any direct or indirect water resistant emulsion
Recommended: CP Tex Emulsion, for use with water based and plastisol inks.
Squeegee
60/90/60 or 70/90/70 Durometer Squeegee, Sharp Edge, 25° Angle
Cure Temperature
320°F (160°C) entire ink film for 2 minutes
Clean-Up
ReadyWash™ Ink Degradent specifically designed for water based inks
Storage
Recommended storage at 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 32°C). Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Keep containers well sealed.
