ULTRA PREP is the latest technology in mesh preparation to increase process reliability. ULTRA PREP improves the wetting ability of the mesh and adhering of emulsion-improving the emulsion's durability. ULTRA PREP treated mesh also improves the flow of both emulsion and ink through the screen resulting in better coating results and finer details during printing. When used on newly meshed screens, it also reduces the appearance of ghost haze images.
