Hydra Process HC inks are designed for 4 color process (CMYK) printing on top of a white underbase (recommended use for white underbase: Hydra White 120 E). Hydra Process HC (high concentrate) inks are formulated with higher pigment concentration for the ultimate "pop" of color. Unlike other 4 color process inks on the market, the Virus Hydra Process HC inks will create stunning and vibrant 4 color process screen prints without the need for additional spot colors.
Hydra Process HC inks maintain the super soft, velvety light hand of the Hydra Series line and are ready to use right from the container. When using the recommended 305 t/in mesh count, Hydra Process HC inks assure optimum softness, quality of detail and harmony of colors without experiencing clogged screens or dot-gain at the press.

Ink Application
Ink should be printed right from the container, without modification. If additives are needed, select from the suitable additives below (all additives listed are Formaldehyde and Phthalate Free):
- Reduce Viscosity: Add 3% of HYDRA REDUCER 120
- Improve Wash Resistance: Add 3% UNIVERSAL FIX
- Further Improve Screen Stability: Add 3-5% HYDRACRYL RETARDER (for use with Hydra and Perfetto Series inks)

Storage

**Recommended Pallet Adhesive: ReadyTack™ Pallet Adhesive is designed to be used with water based, discharge and plastisol inks. ReadyTack™ is more cost-effective than aerosol adhesives and will not break down while printing with water based inks, unlike other adhesives available on the market.***
