If you require proof of color accuracy prior to production, Color Match Pint Sample(s) can be ordered for testing purposes. Please allow 3-7 business days for the color matching process. Turnaround time depends on the volume of color match orders currently being processing by the Color Matching Department.
After the Color Match Pint Sample is approved, please place your order for the container size needed to complete your job (offered in quart, gallon or 5 gallon containers) and select that you approve the Color Match Terms and Conditions on the product page. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for the color mixing process on quart, gallon, and 5 gallon quantities after approval.

Atlas Screen Supply provides custom color matches for any PMS (Pantone® Matching System) Color from the Solid Coated Formula Guide only, noted with a “C” after the number (e.g. 123 C). Colors are matched according to the formula provided by the International Coatings Ultramix™ Formulation Tool and formulas may be adjusted to achieve a closer match to the desired color.
We cannot always guarantee an exact match of the Pantone® color, but will make every effort to match the color as close as possible. Most colors are matched exactly, or very closely, to the PMS number(s) provided. In the unlikely event that Atlas Screen Supply determines that the color is not close enough to the PMS number provided, the customer will be contacted prior to full production.
For customers that require proof of accuracy prior to production, a Color Match Pint Sample can be ordered and a color match fee will be applied. Customers which opt not to order the Color Match Pint Sample agree to accept their order of color matched ink and not request a refund or exchange. All color matches are non-returnable.
Acceptance of this agreement is made by selecting the appropriate box below and immediately upon submission of payment. Customer has read, understands and accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement. Customer’s decision to submit payment signifies that the customer has read and agrees to all terms and agreements set forth by Atlas Screen Supply Company. This agreement is not cancelable by the customer after submission of the order and payment. I am authorized to make this decision. I have checked this order for accuracy and understand that any inaccuracies provided are at my expense. I understand that these Terms and Conditions are in addition to Atlas Screen Supply Company’s regular Terms and Policies.

Can I return or exchange my color match order?
Unfortunately, because all color matches are custom orders, there are no refunds or exchanges once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions and payment has been made.
What if I accidently provided the wrong PMS color?
You, the customer, are responsible for submitting the accurate color for color matching. If in the event that you notice prior to our Color Matching Department beginning any production on your ink, then we will absolutely adjust the color formula to match the intended PMS color.
