How can you clean your press of adhesive?

Adhesive can be removed from a screen printing press by using a mild cleaner. Be careful not to use a strong chemical as it may damage the finish of the press. On a pallet printers often use Pallet Tape to mask the area off and then remove it when cleaning is necessary. Products are made to remove adhesive like Franmar's Ickee Stickee Unstuck.

Do I need a mist, flash and web spray?

This comes down to preference. Mists and Flashes are finer sprays than a Web and leave less tack. The flash spray is used because it does not break down as easy when the job requires flashing between colors. it is a little more expensive than a regular mist so some printers will just stick with a regular mist. The Web sprays are tackier and usually reserved for heavier weight garments such as sweat shirts.

It does what it says. Only thing, and the reason I cant use it, is that it leaves a sticky residue on the fabric once removed from a board/holder

you apply to the platen, about every 4 or 5 shirts you reapply. If you let it get too hot it'll stop working.
