Virus Foil Adhesive is a semi-transparent, water-based ink that is screen printed and cured prior to heat pressing textile foils, allowing the foil to adhere to the garment. Virus Foil Adhesive is also suitable for flock transfer paper. For best results, print through 80 t/in mesh. A heavier deposit of ink allows for the foil adhere the best. Mesh counts up to 125 t/in can also be used for Virus Foil Adhesive.

Compatible Additives: To reduce viscosity, just add 3% of Virus Reducer. To slow drying in the screen for shops with low humidity levels, add 3-5% Virus Hydracryl Retarder.

Ink Application
Ink should be printed right from the container, without modification. If additives are needed, select from the suitable additives below (all additives listed are Formaldehyde and Phthalate Free):
- Reduce Viscosity: Add 3% of HYDRA REDUCER 120
- Improve Wash Resistance: Add 3% UNIVERSAL FIX
- Further Improve Screen Stability: Add 3-5% HYDRACRYL RETARDER

Storage
Recommended storage at 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 32°C). Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Keep containers well sealed.
