Paper number stencils are inexpensive but your time is not! Why waste time with the hassles of paper number stencils that are not punched out all the way or do not line up properly.

Numberstencils.net stencils are designed to accurately line-up for consistent number positioning. Other manufacturers stack cut their paper number stencils which leads to paper movement. This can cause numbers to shift and misalign. Our stencils go through a special manufacturing process that individually cuts the numbers out; ensuring that numbers are cut exactly the same and saving you valuable set-up time.

Numberstencils.net stencils are also designed to be easy to punch out. You have better things to do than waste your time struggling to punch out number stencils. They are so quick and easy to use. You'll wonder why you ever used anything else.

Each stencil is also individually labeled. You don't have to waste time or worry about numbers getting mixed up. Every paper number stencil is clearly marked to avoid mistakes.

Try our paper number stencils and you'll see why they are the best in the industry.

How To Print Number Stencils

Screen Preparation:

Use 60-110 Monofilament Polyester Mesh. Block out screen so an opening remains in center of the screen as follows –

For 4” numbers, 6 ½” H x 6 ½” W opening

For 6” numbers, 8 ½” H x 9” W opening

For 8” numbers, 10 ½” H x 11” W opening

For 10” numbers, 13” H x 14” W opening

For single digit numbers use 3” wide paper strips to block out any opening surrounding the stencil.

1) Select appropriate number stencil and collate with shirt. Place shirt over pallet. Carefully extract die cut number from sheet to expose stencil. Save die cut for reverse number printing if desired.

2) Arrange and line up stencil(s) on shirt. Overlap stencils more than ¼” between double numbers. Remember to align center pieces of the 0, 4, 6, 8, or 9 within the outline.

3) Use paper strips to mask edges of number(s) where screen opening is larger than stencil.

4) Lay screen down on stencil and shirt. Add ink of choice. Pull squeegee once to adhere stencil to screen and again to print a clean image.

5) Lift screen to check printed number. Remove shirt from pallet and place on dryer.

6) Remove and discard the paper stencil(s) from the screen. Remember to remove the centers of the 0, 4, 6, 8, or 9. Your numbered shirt is ready to wear once the ink is cured. Repeat this simple process to print more number stencils.
